 蒜苔炒豆干Bean curd garlic shoot stir fry

用料:
1:五香豆干一包(350克);
2:蒜苔一把185克;
3:牛油果油 1.5大匙,1大匙豆豉酱,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙;
4:1大匙头抽酱油,1.5大匙生抽,1/4茶匙鸡粉
5:香油 1/2茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、蒜苔洗净切丁(图1),豆干也水冲洗下切丁(图2),待用。
2、【RoPot】插上电源,按开关键预热后,加1.5大匙油。放入葱花、蒜蓉、豆豉(图3)及豆干丁(图4),盖上锅盖,用Function键选Saute,程序自动进行。炒菜的中间,从侧面打开盖子,放入所有4料,再盖上盖,让程序继续。

3、程序结束,打开盖子(图5),放入蒜苔段(图6)。盖上锅盖,用Function键选Saute,程序自动进行。
4、等还剩最后30秒,侧面打开盖子,倒入1/2茶匙香油,盖上盖继续。程序结束后打开盖,炒好的豆干蒜苔放入一盘子里,即可上桌。
