【蒜苔炒豆干】

用料:
1：五香豆干一包（350克）；
2：蒜苔一把185克;
3：牛油果油 1.5大匙，1大匙豆豉酱，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉2茶匙；
4：1大匙头抽酱油，1.5大匙生抽，1/4茶匙鸡粉
5：香油 1/2茶匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、蒜苔洗净切丁（图1），豆干也水冲洗下切丁（图2），待用。
2、【RoPot】插上电源，按开关键预热后，加1.5大匙油。放入葱花、蒜蓉、豆豉（图3）及豆干丁（图4），盖上锅盖，用Function键选Saute，程序自动进行。炒菜的中间，从侧面打开盖子，放入所有4料，再盖上盖，让程序继续。
3、程序结束，打开盖子（图5），放入蒜苔段（图6）。盖上锅盖，用Function键选Saute，程序自动进行。
4、等还剩最后30秒，侧面打开盖子，倒入1/2茶匙香油，盖上盖继续。程序结束后打开盖，炒好的豆干蒜苔放入一盘子里，即可上桌。
