用料:
1:冰冻开背去肠中号冰冻白虾一包(454克);
2:盐1/2茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,生粉1茶匙,香油1/2茶匙;
3:大鸡蛋3个,盐1/2茶匙,鸡粉 1/6茶匙, 葱花1大匙;
4:蒜苔一把185克;
5:牛油果油 2大匙,1大匙头抽酱油;
6:香油 1/2茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻,去壳洗净,放入一碗里,加所有2料),用手抓捏几分钟拌匀(图1),静置10分钟。蒜苔洗净切0.5厘米长的段(图2)。鸡蛋同剩余3料放一碗中打散,放入葱花拌匀待用。
2、【RoPot】插上电源,按开关键预热后,加1大匙油。放入虾仁,盖上锅盖,用Function键选Saute,等3秒钟倒计时结束,再按-键将时间减到2分钟,程序自动进行(图3)。

3、程序结束,打开盖子(图4)。将虾仁倒入一盘子里待用。再加1大匙油,放入蒜苔段(图5)。盖上锅盖,用Function键选Saute,等3秒钟倒计时结束,再按-键将时间减到2分钟,程序自动进行,中间从旁边打开盖子加1大匙头抽酱油,盖上盖继续。
4、程序结束,打开盖子(图6),倒入蛋汁(图7),盖上锅盖,用Function键选Saute,等3秒钟倒计时结束,再按-键将时间减到2分钟。程序进行到还有30秒剩余,从旁边打开盖子,倒入虾仁及1/2茶匙香油(图8),盖上盖继续。
5、程序结束后打开盖,炒好的蒜苔鸡蛋炒虾仁放入一盘子里,即可上桌。
