【蒜蓉蚝油胜瓜】

今天买菜时看到胜瓜很新鲜,买了一大条,做了蒜蓉蚝油胜瓜,挺好吃。这胜瓜有点像国内的丝瓜,聊胜于无。
用料:
1:胜瓜一条410克;
2:枸杞子12粒,如果只有干的用水泡一会至软;
3:橄榄油1.5大匙;新鲜剁掉蒜蓉1大匙,盐1/4茶匙,水4大匙;
4:李锦记旧庄蚝油 1大匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙;
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、如果枸杞子是干的用水泡软(图1),我用的是朋友自己种的冻冰箱保存的。胜瓜削去皮洗净滚刀切块(图2)待用。
2、不粘锅,置炉上开大中火,加橄榄油1.5大匙,炒香蒜蓉(图3),下胜瓜块翻炒几下(图4)。
3、加1/4茶匙盐和水4大匙,依次加入4料,炒至炒至瓜块软身(图5)。然后放枸杞子兜匀出锅。放几粒枸杞入菜,不仅美观,还有有补肾、滋阴、养肝、明目、益气等功效,何乐而不为。。
