【蚝油扁豆】

FarmBoy的扁豆卖的可真贵$4.99才340克,但非常新鲜有嫩,很好吃。
用料:
1:扁豆一代340克;
2:牛油果油 1大匙;
3:葱花2茶匙,蒜蓉1.5茶匙;
4:头抽酱油1大匙,黑胡椒1/8茶匙,蚝油1.5大匙,鸡粉 1/4茶匙,水1/2杯。
5:香油1/2茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、扁豆摘去两头,洗净(图1)斜切1厘米段(图2)待用。
2、炒锅置炉上大火,加油1大匙,葱花及蒜蓉(图3),翻炒几下,下扁豆段(图4),翻炒几下。
3、依次加所有4料及水1/2杯,炒几下(图5),盖上盖焖3-4分钟。
4、打开盖子(图6)炒至汁将干,下1/2茶匙香油翻炒均匀即可。
