【蜜汁烤鸡翼】

大人孩子都爱的烤鸡翅,亲你也试试。
用料:
1:鸡翼上段20个;
2: ¼杯番茄酱,蚝油2大匙,生抽2大匙,酒1大匙,黑醋1大匙,香油 2茶匙;
3:盐1茶匙,辣椒粉1大匙,红糖1.5大匙;
4:蜂蜜2大匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、鸡翼冲洗干净沥水待用(图1)。将所有调味料2-4放入一塑料袋里,放入鸡翼,封口抖匀(图2)。冰箱冷藏24小时,中间翻转一面。
2、烤盘铺上烤盘纸或锡箔纸,放上腌好的鸡翅待用(图3)。
3、放入预热至400F/20C的烤箱内,烤18分钟,拿出来翻转一面再烤17分钟。
4、拿出考好的鸡翅(图4),放入盘子里就可以上桌了。
