用料:
1：冰冻开背去肠大虾一包（454克）；
2：牛油果油 1.5大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉2茶匙，风味豆豉1大匙；
3：头抽酱油1大匙， 鸡粉1/4茶匙，白胡椒1/6茶匙，红糖1/2茶匙，葡萄醋1茶匙；
4：香油 1/2茶匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、虾放冷水中解冻，剥去虾壳留尾，洗净沥水待用（图1），葱花蒜蓉切好待用。
2、【RoPot】插上电源，按开关键预热后，加1.5大匙油。放入葱花，蒜末及豆豉（图2），盖上锅盖，用Function键选Saute，3秒后，再按-键减少时间到1分钟，程序自动进行。
3、程序结束，打开盖子，放入虾仁及速有3料（图3）。用Function键选saute，程序自动进行。
4、程序结束，打开盖子，放入1/2茶匙香油，盖上盖按下Toss搅拌均匀。结束后打开盖，炒好的豆豉虾放入一盘子里上桌。
