用料:
1:冰冻开背去肠大虾一包(454克);
2:牛油果油 1.5大匙,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,风味豆豉1大匙;
3:头抽酱油1大匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙,红糖1/2茶匙,葡萄醋1茶匙;
4:香油 1/2茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、虾放冷水中解冻,剥去虾壳留尾,洗净沥水待用(图1),葱花蒜蓉切好待用。
2、【RoPot】插上电源,按开关键预热后,加1.5大匙油。放入葱花,蒜末及豆豉(图2),盖上锅盖,用Function键选Saute,3秒后,再按-键减少时间到1分钟,程序自动进行。
