【豆豉炒豆角】

用料:
1：长豆角一把（500克）；
2：虾米1大匙，提前泡软；
3：牛油果油 1.5大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉2茶匙，风味豆豉1大匙；
4：头抽酱油1大匙，生抽酱油1大匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙，白胡椒1/6茶匙，水3大匙；
5：香油 1/2茶匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、长豆角掐去头尾，冲洗干净，沥水切1厘米长的小段（图1），葱花蒜蓉切好待用。豆豉用的是这个（图2）。
2、【RoPot】插上电源，按开关键预热后，加1.5大匙油。放入虾米，葱花，蒜末及豆豉（图3），盖上锅盖，用Function键选Saute，3秒后，再按-键减少时间到1分钟，程序自动进行。
3、程序结束，打开盖子，放入豆角及所有4料（图4）。用Function键选saute，3秒后，再按+键增加时间到10分钟，程序自动进行。
4、程序结束，打开盖子，放入1/2茶匙香油，盖上盖按下Toss搅拌均匀。结束后打开盖，炒好的豆豉豆角放入一盘子里上桌。
