【豆豉蚝油鸡片】

用料:
1: 有机鸡胸肉2块500克, 盐1/4 茶匙, 生粉1茶匙;
2: 长青辣椒1个(20克), 胡萝卜一小根(50克);
3: 牛油果油 1.5大匙, 葱花1大匙, 蒜片2茶匙, 李锦记豆豉辣椒酱1大匙；
4: 头抽酱油1大匙，蚝油1大匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙;
5: 香油 1茶匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、辣椒洗净去籽切小片, 胡萝卜去皮切小片(图1). 鸡胸肉洗净沥水后切3毫米后薄片 (图2). 用手抓捏1分钟, 放盐1/4茶匙及生粉1茶匙拌匀.
2、不粘炒锅大中火, 加1.5大匙油, 放入葱花, 蒜片及豆豉酱炒1分钟（图3）, 下辣椒片及胡萝卜片炒1.5分钟（图4）.
3、加入鸡肉片（图5）, 翻炒炒1-2分钟, 然后放入4-5料（图6）.炒匀至鸡肉刚刚熟, 即可出锅.
