用料:
1:去皮去骨的鸡腿肉8块625克,香油辣腐乳一块,1茶匙腐乳汁,头抽1大匙,老抽1大匙,盐1/4茶匙,糖1.5茶匙,香油1/2茶匙;
2:面粉3/4杯;
3:牛油果油或其他油3大匙;
4:葱花1茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、提前一天晚上,抽掉鸡肉里面的细小血管,洗净后用纸巾擦干. 将1料到调味放入一盒子里拌匀(图1),放入鸡腿肉拌匀(图2),盖盖子冰箱里储存过夜。
2、腌好的鸡肉翻拌一下(图3), 然后将鸡肉放入一塑料袋及3/4杯面粉,封口抖一抖(图4)。AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”调整温度到420F时间设置20分钟,然后点“Start”预热。放3大匙油,放入鸡排,盖上盖子让程序继续(图5)。

3、烤到13-14分钟时或等到提醒翻转时,打开锅盖将鸡排轻轻翻转一面(图6),盖上盖继续炸(图5)。
4、程序结束后,将鸡排装盘上桌。
