【软香红豆饼】

今天做了这个红豆饼用了很软的发面,非常好吃的。用了一款新锅AirGo爱锅。它还有空气炸锅加煎烤功能,没有油烟操作,很不错。购买可以用 maomao25 优惠券有for $25 折扣。
1:中筋面粉(All purpose flour) 1又1/2杯(240克,面没筛过,是从面粉袋里直接舀的);
2:不烫手的温水1杯-1.5大匙(220克),糖1/2茶匙, 快速发酵粉(Fast Rising Yeast) 1茶匙,搅拌均匀,静置5-10分钟;
3:红豆馅 6×2大匙,红豆馅做法见 月饼集锦 ;
4: 牛油果油 1大匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、盆内放入1料的面粉后(图1左)加入2料(图1右),用筷子搅拌成非常软的面团(图2)。不要用手啊,面团会粘手,面越软以后饼也越软。
2、放在暖和的地方保温保湿发酵至少2倍大(图3),案板多放点干面粉,将发好的面团用筷子拨到干粉上,稍揉下分成6份(图4)。
3、用手压开成饼皮放2大匙红豆馅(图5),收口包好(图6),做的过程手都要沾点干面粉哦。
4、依次做好所有的豆沙饼(图7),稍微压扁(图8),盖上保鲜膜静置10分钟。将【AirGo】锅插上电源,用“Function”选“Crepe/Naan” 预热后,锅底刷上油,将饼放入锅里(图9)盖上锅盖。 按下“Pause”然后将温度增加到400F,然后点“Start”让程序继续。
