软Q【糙米饭】

一直想用不费事的方法做出软Q的糙米饭,这次 快煲电压力锅派上用场了。米洗后不用泡,直接放入锅内,选手动档(Manual)压了40分钟,很软Q,口感很好。
用料:
1:糙米(Brown rice)(360毫升)(用 快煲电压力锅的自带杯,1杯是180毫升的那种);
2:水适量,橄榄油1/2茶匙。
注:1大匙 (Tablespoon)=15毫升,1茶匙(Teaspoon)=5毫升,1杯(cup)=240毫升。
做法:
1、米洗净后放入 快煲电压力锅里,水加到锅的两杯线,然后放入剩余2料(图1),搅拌均匀。
2、加盖后按【手动档 Manual】键,时间设置为40分钟,程序会自动启动(图2)。
3、快煲电压力锅完成程序后,等10分钟,放气减压打开盖,就可以开饭了。
