用料:
1:长的青辣椒3个(140克);
2:大号鸡蛋两;
3:葱1条;
4:盐3/4茶匙,香油 1茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙;
5:面粉1/2杯(80克);
6:水6大匙(90克);
7:牛油果油 2×2大匙;
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、辣椒横切开去掉籽冲洗干净(图1),切细丝放一盒子里。冲洗净切葱花也放入盒子里,加鸡蛋及所有调料4(图2)拌匀。
3、放入面粉及6料的水用一叉子搅拌均匀(图3)。【RoPot】插上电源,按开关键预热后,加2大匙油。放入一半的青椒鸡蛋面糊(图4),盖上锅盖,用Function键选PanFry,程序自动进行。
3、程序结束,打开盖子,翻转一面(图5)。用Function键选PanFry,3秒后,再按-键减少时间到2.5分钟,程序自动进行。
4、程序结束,打开盖子,盛出就可以上桌了。煎另外一块饼时,因为锅已经很热了,第一面煎3分钟,第二面煎2.5分钟。
