辣油凉粉

用料:
1：纯绿豆淀粉1/2杯。水3.5杯。
2：香菜2根，洗净切碎。
3：蒜末1茶匙，葱花1茶匙。
4：盐1/2茶匙，糖1/2茶匙，鸡精1/4茶匙，万字牌生抽酱油2大匙，老干妈辣椒酱1大匙，冷开水2大匙，香油1大匙，辣油1大匙。
5：橄榄油2茶匙。
做法：
中号饭锅内放1料，拌匀。置炉上开中火，边搅拌边煮至半透明。离火冷凉。
凉透的凉粉，到出切0.5厘米的长条。炒锅内放2茶匙橄榄油，置炉上开中火炒香1茶匙蒜末，葱花后，离火。稍冷后加入2和4拌成汁。然后拌入切好的凉粉。
