【酒酿芋头丸子】

芋头是碱性食物,可以经常吃有益健康。这次买的芋头特别新鲜,做了这个酒酿芋头丸子,非常好味道,全家都喜欢。
1:芋头200克(削去皮后是170克),水6大匙(90克);
2: 糯米粉 1.25杯(160克),水1/4杯(60克);
3:桂圆肉一小把(15克);
4:水5杯(1200克),糖1/3杯(62克);
5: 小西米 1/4杯(40克);
6:酒酿1杯,做法见 零失败做【甜酒酿】;
7:糯米粉2大匙(28克),水2大匙 (30克);
8:干桂花1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、芋头(图1)削去皮,切小小粒,放一大碗中(图2),加水6大匙,盖上一盘子微波炉里加热2分钟,打开盖搅拌一下,再盖上盘子加热1.5分钟。再搅拌加热1分钟,重复知道芋头完全熟了,用一叉子压成泥(图3)。
2、放入2料里的 糯米粉(图4)和水1/4杯,和成软硬适中的面团(图5)。
3、一中号锅放入3-4料(图5),置炉上大火(图6),煮滚转小火。将芋头面团分成小块,揉成1厘米直径的小丸子放入锅内(图7),放入1/4杯西米(图8)。下火煮25分种至西米透明。
4、放入酒酿1杯(图9)小火煮2分钟。将7料放一碗中拌匀,将糯米粉水边倒入锅里,边搅拌均匀(图10),放入干桂花再煮1分钟即可。
