用料:
1:冰冻有头大虾一盒400克;
2:粉丝一小把50克;
3:橄榄油1.5大匙,葱花2大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,辣豆瓣酱1大匙,甜面酱1大匙;
4:盐1/4茶匙,水3大匙;
5:生抽酱油 1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,
6:香油 1/2茶匙。

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、提前将粉丝用开水泡软,沥水待用。冰冻下放入冷水中化冻(图1),剪去虾须,背后开到去肠洗净待用。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,按开关键预热,加1.5大匙橄榄油到炒锅里,放入葱花、蒜蓉、辣豆瓣酱,甜面酱(图2)。盖上锅盖。用Function键选Saute,等3秒钟倒计时结束,再按-键减少到1.5分钟的时间,程序自动进行。

3、等第一次程序结束后,打开盖子(图3),放入泡好的粉丝,及所有调味料4料,盖上锅盖,再用Function键选Saute键,等3秒钟倒计时结束,再按+键增加时间到5分钟,程序自动进行。
4、程序完成,打开盖子,放入虾及调味料5料(图4),再用Function键选Saute键,程序自动进行。程序结束后,打开盖子放1/2茶匙香油(图5),按下Toss。15秒钟后Toss程序完成,将菜倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
