【酱炒粉丝虾】

用料:
1：冰冻有头大虾一盒400克；
2：粉丝一小把50克；
3：橄榄油1.5大匙，葱花2大匙，蒜蓉1大匙，辣豆瓣酱1大匙，甜面酱1大匙；
4：盐1/4茶匙，水3大匙；
5：生抽酱油 1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，
6：香油 1/2茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、提前将粉丝用开水泡软，沥水待用。冰冻下放入冷水中化冻（图1），剪去虾须，背后开到去肠洗净待用。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键预热，加1.5大匙橄榄油到炒锅里，放入葱花、蒜蓉、辣豆瓣酱，甜面酱（图2）。盖上锅盖。用Function键选Saute，等3秒钟倒计时结束，再按-键减少到1.5分钟的时间，程序自动进行。
3、等第一次程序结束后，打开盖子（图3），放入泡好的粉丝，及所有调味料4料，盖上锅盖，再用Function键选Saute键，等3秒钟倒计时结束，再按+键增加时间到5分钟，程序自动进行。
4、程序完成，打开盖子，放入虾及调味料5料（图4），再用Function键选Saute键，程序自动进行。程序结束后，打开盖子放1/2茶匙香油（图5），按下Toss。15秒钟后Toss程序完成，将菜倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
