用料:
1:里脊肉2片360克:

做法:
1、里脊肉洗净切丁,放入所有2料(图1),用手抓捏2-3分钟(图2),静置10分钟。黄瓜,胡萝卜去皮洗净切丁,小蘑菇切去根,洗净沥水待用(图3).
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,按开关键预热,加1大匙油到炒锅里,放入葱花,蒜蓉及豆瓣酱(图3)盖上锅盖。用Function键选Saute,3秒后程序自动进行,等程序走了1分钟后,打开锅盖放入黄瓜,胡萝卜,小蘑菇(图4),盖上盖,让程序继续。
3、等程序结束,打开盖,放入肉丁及6料(图5),盖上盖。再用Function键选Saute,3秒种倒计时完成,程序开始,再按-键,减少30秒。
4、2.5分钟后程序完成,打开盖子(图6),将菜倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
