这个菜,鲜香微辣,非常下饭好吃,亲们要试试。

用料:
1:里脊肉1.5块(200克);
2:生粉1茶匙,盐1/3茶匙,水1大匙;
3:白豆干1包(300克);
4:长的青辣椒2根(70克);
5:牛油果油或橄榄油3大匙,葱花2大匙,姜3-4片,辣豆瓣1大匙,甜面酱1大匙;
6:盐1/4茶匙(根据豆瓣酱的咸度决定放不放),头抽酱油1大匙, 生抽酱油 1大匙。

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、里脊肉洗净去掉白膜切丁,放入所有2料,用手抓捏2-3分钟(图1),静置10分钟。青辣椒去籽洗净,切丁(图2)待用.
2、豆干水冲洗下,切丁待用(图3)。不粘锅置炉上开大中火,加1大匙牛油果油或其他炒菜用油,倒入豆干丁(图4)炒几分钟至表面微黄(图5)捞出。

3、原锅再加1大匙油,放入肉丁翻炒,炒至肉丁快熟(图6)捞出待用。锅里再加1大匙油,放入姜片,葱花,辣豆瓣酱及甜面酱(图7)炒香,倒入辣椒丁翻炒几下(图8)。

4、再放入之前炒好的豆干,及所有调味料6(图9)翻炒几下,再放入炒好的肉丁(图10),兜匀出锅。
