做法：
1、里脊肉洗净去掉白膜切丁，放入所有2料，用手抓捏2-3分钟（图1），静置10分钟。青辣椒去籽洗净，切丁（图2）待用.
2、豆干水冲洗下，切丁待用（图3）。不粘锅置炉上开大中火，加1大匙牛油果油或其他炒菜用油，倒入豆干丁（图4）炒几分钟至表面微黄（图5）捞出。
3、原锅再加1大匙油，放入肉丁翻炒，炒至肉丁快熟（图6）捞出待用。锅里再加1大匙油，放入姜片，葱花，辣豆瓣酱及甜面酱（图7）炒香，倒入辣椒丁翻炒几下（图8）。
4、再放入之前炒好的豆干，及所有调味料6（图9）翻炒几下，再放入炒好的肉丁（图10），兜匀出锅。
