【金针菇拌豆苗】

居然买到很嫩的豆苗，过年去爬梯做个蔬菜，一定是受欢迎的。
用料:
1：豆苗600克；
2：金针菇一包200克；
3：香油 1大匙，盐2/3茶匙，糖1/4茶匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙，白胡椒粉1/8茶匙，葡萄醋2茶匙；
4：酱油膏1大匙；
5：橄榄油 1大匙，蒜蓉1大匙，葱花2茶匙；
6：白生芝麻1大匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、豆苗清洗干净（图1），沥水待用。金针菇切去根，洗净弄散待用。
2、大号锅注入大半锅水，置炉上煮滚后，放入洗好的豆苗（图2）烫1分钟，捞出冲冷水然后沥水。金针菇也放开水里（图3）烫5秒，捞出冲冷水然后沥水。
3、将豆苗挤去多余的水，切2厘米的段，连同金针菇放入一干净碗中（图4），加调味料3-4（图5）拌匀。
4、用一小锅加1大匙油中火将蒜蓉葱花炒香（图6），倒入豆苗金针菇里，再小火将白芝麻炒香变黄，也倒入，拌匀即可。
