【金针菇拌豆苗】

居然买到很嫩的豆苗,过年去爬梯做个蔬菜,一定是受欢迎的。
用料:
1:豆苗600克;
2:金针菇一包200克;
3:香油 1大匙,盐2/3茶匙,糖1/4茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,葡萄醋2茶匙;
4:酱油膏1大匙;
5:橄榄油 1大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,葱花2茶匙;
6:白生芝麻1大匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、豆苗清洗干净(图1),沥水待用。金针菇切去根,洗净弄散待用。
2、大号锅注入大半锅水,置炉上煮滚后,放入洗好的豆苗(图2)烫1分钟,捞出冲冷水然后沥水。金针菇也放开水里(图3)烫5秒,捞出冲冷水然后沥水。
3、将豆苗挤去多余的水,切2厘米的段,连同金针菇放入一干净碗中(图4),加调味料3-4(图5)拌匀。
4、用一小锅加1大匙油中火将蒜蓉葱花炒香(图6),倒入豆苗金针菇里,再小火将白芝麻炒香变黄,也倒入,拌匀即可。
