【风味豆豉炒茄子】

今天用AirGo爱锅,先将茄子放1大匙油用空气炸锅的程序“炸”了,再用风味豆豉稍微炒下,健康又美味。非常喜欢它的空气炸锅的程序。购买点AirGo爱锅,用 maomao25 优惠券有for $25 折扣。
用料:
1:长条茄子4根600克;
2:牛油果油 1大匙,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,风味豆豉1大匙;
3:头抽酱油1大匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙,盐1/4茶匙,红糖1/2茶匙,水2大匙;
4:香油 1/2茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、茄子去蒂洗净擦干,滚刀切小块(图1),葱花蒜蓉切好待用。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”预热后,放入茄子块加1大匙油拌匀(图2),盖上锅盖(图3),点“Pause”将时间减少到10分钟,然后点“Start”让程序继续。间中打开盖子翻一翻茄子。
3、程序结束,打开盖子(图4),将搅拌棒放锅中间,放入所有剩余2料和3料(图5)。盖上盖子,用Function键选“Stir Fry”预热完成程序自动进行时,点“Pause”将时间减少到3分钟,然后点“Start”让程序继续。如果怕麻烦,也可以不换煎炒功能,直接用“Air Fryer”15分钟,在10分钟时加入调味料,用铲子翻炒几下,盖上盖子让程序继续, 间中打开盖子翻一翻茄子。
4、程序完成后,打开锅盖(图6),带上硅胶手套将搅拌棒拿出,放入1/2香油,用硅胶铲拌匀,即可盛出上桌。
