【风味豆豉烤三文鱼】

平时烤三文鱼都是用大烤箱,预热挺慢的。今天用AirGo爱锅里的烤箱程序做了这个风味豆豉烤三文鱼,非常好,预热加烤不到15分钟,真是非常棒。购买点AirGo爱锅maomao25 优惠券有for $25 折扣。

用料:
1:三文鱼柳650克;
2:盐1/2茶匙,黑胡椒1/6茶匙,红糖2茶匙,风味豆豉1大匙;
3:葱花2茶匙,蒜蓉1茶匙;
4:头抽酱油1.5大匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、三文鱼,均匀撒上2和3了,静置5分钟(图1)待用。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Oven”预热,点“Pause”将温度升到420F,然后点“Start”让程序继续。放入三文鱼,将1.5 大匙头抽酱油撒在鱼上,盖上锅盖

3、烤至7-8分钟,打开盖子(图2)用勺子拨开看看烤到鱼中间还有一点生,鱼的厚度烤的时间不同。然后按下“Cancel”键。
4、带上硅胶手套将内锅拿出,将鱼倒入一大锅里就可以上桌啦。
