【香椿蛋饼】

好姐妹给了些香椿嫩叶, 做了香椿蛋饼, 非常不错的早餐.
用料:
1:鸡蛋2个, 水3/4 杯+2茶匙 (130克);
2:盐2/3茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 白胡椒1/4茶匙;
3: 中筋面粉1/4杯+2大匙(100克);
4香椿嫩叶60克;
5: 香油1茶匙;
6:牛油果油 或其他素油3-5茶匙, 用来煎饼.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1. 香椿嫩叶(图1)洗净沥水, 切小粒. 将1和2料放一盆里打散拌匀(图2-3). 放入面粉充分搅拌均匀至无干粉颗粒.
2、再放入香椿叶丁,再搅拌均匀(图4)。
3、不粘锅置炉上开中火,放1茶匙油然后用纸巾把油涂匀(图5).
4、锅热后,放入1/2的面糊,用锅铲将面糊均匀涂满锅底(图6)。用中火煎1-2分钟, 加1-2茶匙油, 煎1分钟左右至微黄.
5、翻转一面(图7)煎1-2分钟至微黄(图8), 即可盛出饼。趁热食用,唇齿留香. 如上煎好剩余的一块饼.
