【香烤鸡腿】

今天用了爱锅的烤箱的功能做了这个香烤鸡腿,非常好。锅预热很快,温度均匀,比用大烤箱方便多拉。想购买点AirGo爱锅,用 maomao25 优惠券有for $25 折扣。
用料:
1:有机鸡小腿一包(12-14根);
2:蒜蓉1.5大匙,麻油红腐乳1小块(我这次用的是台湾状元牌的)加2茶匙汁;
3:老头抽酱油 1大匙,生抽酱油2大匙,盐2/3茶匙,¼ tsp 十三香粉 1/4茶匙,1大匙头抽酱油,1大匙红糖;
4:香油 1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、鸡小腿洗干净沥水,将所有2料3料放一大塑料袋里,拌匀,放入鸡腿,袋子封口,摇晃几下以混合均匀(图1),放入冰箱冷藏腌48小时,每12小时翻转一面。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Oven”调整温度到400F时间设置32分钟,然后点“Start”预热。预热后铺上烤盘纸,放入腌好的鸡腿,盖上锅盖(图2),程序自动进行。
3、烤到15分钟时或等到提醒翻转时,打开锅盖(图3)将鸡腿翻转一面,盖上盖继续(图4)烤到程序结束。
4、将鸡腿装盘即可上桌了。
