【香煎小春卷或馄饨】

用料:
1:精瘦猪肉馅(extra lean ground pork)550g,冰冻白虾454克;
2:葱4根洗净切葱花,姜末2茶匙,盐1茶匙,白胡椒1/4茶匙, 生抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油2大匙,生粉1.5大匙,鸡粉1/2茶匙,香油1.5大匙,水5大匙;
3:馄饨皮2包(每包220克);
4:玉米油或1/4杯;
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、馅:肉馅及切好的葱姜放入盆里(图1),冰冻白虾放入水中化冻,去壳洗净沥水切小丁(图2)后放入盆里。放入所有剩余2料(图3),用一双筷子顺一个方向搅拌至馅上劲有弹性(图4)待用。
2、馄饨:取一馄饨皮,加1茶匙虾肉馅在中间(图5),对角折叠成三角形(图6),在底部两角处涂点水,将两角提起捏到一处便成一粒馄饨(图7-8),依次做好一半的馄饨。可将馄饨排放在一大号烤盘上,放入冰冻箱冻硬,再装入保鲜盒里放冰冻箱保存,将来随吃随煮煎很方便。
3、小春卷:取一馄饨皮,加1茶匙虾肉馅在中间,从下往上折1/3盖住馅(图9),在剩余1/3皮处涂点水,再往上叠盖上压紧便成小春卷(图10),依次做好另外一半的小春卷。可将小春卷排放在一大号烤盘上,放入冰冻箱冻硬,再装入保鲜盒里放冰冻箱保存,将来随吃随煎很方便。
4、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,放入平底内锅,加1/4杯油(图11),盖上盖按开关键预热。然后放入12个小春卷(图12),盖上锅盖,用Function键选Panfry,3秒后程序自动进行,再按-键减少时间到3分钟,程序自动进行。
5、程序结束,打开盖子翻转一面(图13),盖上锅盖,用Function键再选Panfry程序。3秒后程序自动进行,再按-键减少时间到2分钟,程序自动进行
6、程序结束后,打开锅盖,将煎好的小春卷放到铺了纸巾的盘子上吸去多余的油,就可以上桌趁热吃。
