【香菇香肠饭】

1:干金钱香菇15粒;
2:白油肠1根;
3:葱2条去根洗净切葱花,新鲜姜切1-2片;
4:长米400毫升;
5:牛油果油 1大匙;
6:盐2/3茶匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙,生抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,水560毫升;
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、提前(上班前)将香菇水里泡软,(下班后)洗净香菇切片,香肠切片(图1),待用。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,按开关键预热,等预热完成后。加1大匙牛油果油到内锅里,放入3/4的葱花,姜片及香菇香肠片(图2)。盖上锅盖,用Function键选PanFry,等3秒钟倒计时结束,再按-键将时间减到1.5分钟的时间,程序自动进行。
3、等第一次程序结束后,打开盖子(图3),米冲洗沥水后放入锅里,再加所有6料(图4)。用Function键再选Braise键,等3秒倒计时结束,按+键将时间增加到20分钟。
4、程序结束后,打开锅盖(图5),放入剩余的葱花,按Toss键,将饭与葱花拌匀,即可。
