【香菜榨菜鸡蛋炒虾仁】

鸡蛋炒虾仁很普通的一款快手菜,今天我加了香菜末和榨菜丁来炒,非常鲜美,亲们不妨一试。
用料:
1:冰冻白虾仁半包200克;
2:盐1/3茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,生粉1茶匙,香油1/2茶匙;
3:大鸡蛋2个,盐1/4茶匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙,水1大匙;
4:榨菜1大匙(我用新一代乌江牌榨菜不很咸),香菜2颗;
5:牛油果油 或橄榄油2大匙,葱花1大匙;
6:香油1/2茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻,去壳去肠洗净,放入一碗里,加所有2料(图1)拌匀,静置10分钟。
2、鸡蛋同剩余3料放一碗中打散,榨菜切丁(图2)放入蛋液里,香菜洗净切小粒(图3)也放入蛋液里,搅拌均匀(图4)。
3、不粘锅加2大匙牛油果油或橄榄油,置炉上开大中火,炒香1大匙葱花(图5),放入虾仁(图6),炒至7成熟。
3、然后倒入蛋液(图7),待蛋液底部开始凝固后,用铲子轻轻翻炒均匀至蛋液刚刚凝固(图8),下1/2茶匙香油,炒匀就可以盛出入盘子上桌了。
