用料:
1：里脊肉1块（120克），生粉1/2茶匙，盐1/3茶匙，水1茶匙， 香油1/2茶匙；

注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、里脊肉洗净去掉白膜切丁，放入所有剩余1料，用手抓捏2-3分钟（图1），静置10分钟。葱姜蒜备好（图2），豆干切丁，青豆用冷水冲洗回软沥水待用（图3）。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键预热后，放入1大匙油及肉丁（图4）。盖上锅盖，用Function键选Stirfry，3秒后程序自动进行，再按-键减少时间到2分钟，程序自动进行。程序结束盛出肉丁待用。
3、锅里再加1大匙油，放入葱花，蒜蓉，姜片，干辣椒及十三香粉（图5）。盖上锅盖，用Function键再选Stirfry程序。等还有2分钟时间剩余，快速从侧面打开锅盖，倒入豆干丁及青豆丁（图6）。
4、程序结束后，打开锅盖，放入所有4料（图7），盖盖，再选Stirfry程序。等还有30秒时间剩余，快速从侧面打开锅盖，倒入炒好的肉丁（图8）。
5、程序结束后，盛出炒好的豆干就可以上桌了。
