大受欢迎的【香辣虾仁拌面】

做这个凉面用中国的面或意面都行,味道绝对赞,连老外同事们都非常喜欢,带去爬梯或野餐都很棒。
1:意大利面条600克
2:盐1茶匙,油1茶匙;
3:小胡萝卜4根(共235克),菜辣椒1个(125克),盐1/3茶匙;
4:冰冻中号白虾20个,盐1/3茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,生粉1茶匙,香油1/2茶匙;
5:橄榄油1大匙;
调味汁:
6:橄榄油1大匙,李锦记花椒辣油 1.5大匙,葱花2大匙,姜蓉1.5茶匙,蒜蓉1.5大匙,花椒粉1/2茶匙;
7:香油1大匙;
8:盐1茶匙,生抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,葡萄醋1大匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙,老干妈香辣酱或蒜蓉辣椒王1大匙;
其他;
9:炒熟的芝麻2大匙,葱花或香菜2大匙;
注:1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、胡萝卜刨去皮,洗净切丝(图1)。青椒去蒂去籽洗净切丝。胡萝卜丝和青椒丝放一干净碗里,加盐1/3茶匙拌匀腌20分钟待用(图3)。白虾放冷水中解冻,去皮去肠洗净沥水,放一碗里加剩余4料拌匀待用(图3)。
2、大号锅里住满八分满水,放入2料,开大火将水煮开。放入意面(图4)再煮滚,调中小火煮10左右分钟至断生,意面沥水(图5)。
3、煮面的锅置炉上开中小火,放橄榄油1大匙,李锦记花椒辣油 1.5大匙,炒香剩余6料(图6)待用,大约1分钟。
4、放入7-8料拌匀成汁(图7),放入煮好的意面拌匀(图8)。不粘锅,加1大匙橄榄油,放入调味的虾仁(图9),炒至虾身变红,刚刚熟盛出。
5、将炒好的虾仁,之前腌好的胡萝卜丝和青椒丝,及9料放入意面里(图10),再拌匀就可以了。
