鸡丁豆腐

1110 鸡丁豆腐

用料:

1:鸡胸肉200克,洗净切小粒,加万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,生粉2茶匙,水1大匙,拌匀腌20分钟。

2:豆腐3块425克,洗净切片改三角形。

3:辣豆瓣酱1大匙,绍酒1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,水4大匙,糖1茶匙。

4:橄榄油4大匙,蒜末1大匙,姜末1.5茶匙,葱花1大匙,香油1茶匙。

5:生粉1茶匙,水1.5大匙拌匀。

做法:
不沾锅放油1.5大匙,置炉上开中火,冷油放入鸡粒炒至肉变色捞出(这样炒出的鸡肉超嫩滑)。原锅再加油1.5大匙,置炉上开大中火,放入豆腐煎至两面黄,盛出备用。原锅再加油1大匙,置炉上开中火,放入蒜末姜末和辣豆瓣酱炒香,然后放入煎好的豆腐,翻炒几下,接着依次放入剩余的3料,煮滚。调小火焖2分钟,然后调中火,放入炒好的鸡丁及5料炒匀,撒上葱花淋上香油兜匀出锅。
