【麻辣肉丁】

这周小里脊有便宜卖就买了一盒,做了这个麻辣肉丁,肉片超级嫩又好味道,很容易做的一道菜,大家可以试试。
用料:
1:小里脊肉一条480克:
2:料酒1大匙,生抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,生粉2茶匙,香油1/2茶匙,盐1/4茶匙;
3:西芹3片(180克);
4:熟腰果仁50克;
5:牛油果油 或其他食用油1.5大匙,辣油1大匙,姜丝1茶匙,葱花1大匙,干辣椒6-12个(看你吃辣的程度),花椒粉1/4茶匙;
6:盐1/6茶匙;
7:辣酱油膏1大匙,香油/2茶匙;
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、里脊肉洗净去掉白膜切丁,放入所有2料(图1),用手抓捏2-3分钟(图2),静置10分钟。西芹洗净切丁待用.
2、不粘锅置炉上开大中火,加1.5大匙牛油果油或其他炒菜用油及辣油1大匙,放入姜丝,葱花,干辣椒及花椒粉炒香(图3),倒入芹菜丁翻炒几下,加盐1/6茶匙炒匀(图4)。
3、下肉丁(图5)炒至肉丁快熟,加腰果仁,及7料(图6),兜炒均匀出锅。
