【黄焖鸡】

今天做了这个黄焖鸡配上米饭,真是美味又容易做到一道下饭菜。
用料:
1:小鸡腿7只560克,或小母鸡一只;
2:红彩椒1个360克;
3:香菇8个,提前泡软洗净待用;
4:牛油果油1.5大匙,白糖4茶匙;
5:葱2根,姜1小块10克切片,干辣椒5-6个;
6: 生抽酱油 1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙,盐1/2茶匙,水1/2杯;
7:香油1/2茶匙(可以不放)。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、香菇早上上班前用水泡软,洗净待用。鸡腿洗干净沥水,斩小块待用待用。彩椒切小块待用。
2、不粘锅里加1.5大匙牛油果油,置炉上开中小火,放入4茶匙白糖(图1),翻炒至糖融化气泡沫。放入鸡块(图3),调大中火炒2分钟。
3、放入葱段,姜片,干辣椒再(图4)炒约1分钟,加入所有6料煮滚(图5)。
4、加香菇,调中小火焖煮20分钟,间中翻一翻至鸡肉熟。调大中火,再加切块的红彩椒(图6),翻炒至汁浓,彩椒熟。下香油兜匀即可出锅,真的好好吃。
