有一个朋友每次见到我都问,毛毛妈,你有没有做窝头的方子啊。说实话,窝头从来就不是我那一杯茶。不过为了有交代,还是做了这个改良的黄金奶香小窝头。用细的玉米面再加少量糯米粉,炼乳,很少量的糖,成品美观,不会裂,很Q,很好吃。毛毛都吃了3个。

奶香小窝头2 黄金【奶香小窝头】

用料:

1:玉米面(Corn flour)1杯(140克);糯米粉3大匙(24克),细白糖1大匙(14克)。

2:热水不是很烫手1/3杯(75克),玉米油1茶匙,炼乳1.5大匙(Condensed milk, 30克)

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:

1、玉米面要用这种细面(图1),将所有1了放入小盆里(图2),拌匀,中间留窝备用。

2、依次将2料放入(图3),合成软硬适中面团。

3、将面团均匀分成16份(图5)。手指沾点水涂在左手掌心,取一份面团揉成圆球状(图6)。

4、用食指压入面团成中空做成窝头状(图7),取下用食指再轻轻来回揉成尖点的窝头(图8).

5、放入铺有小块烤盘纸的蒸笼里,水开后放上盛窝头的笼抽,大火蒸8分钟即可。
