【黑胡椒洋葱肉片】

用料:
1:小里脊肉一条360克:
2:生抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,生粉2茶匙,香油1/2茶匙,水2大匙;
3:牛油果油 或其他食用油2大匙,姜片1茶匙;
4:洋葱1个(360克),黑胡椒粉1/6茶匙;
5: 蚝油 1.5大匙;
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、里脊肉洗净去掉白膜切薄片,放入所有2料(图1),用手抓捏2-3分钟(图2),静置10分钟。姜切片准备好待用。洋葱剥去外面老皮,冷水冲洗后切丝(图3).
2、不粘锅置炉上开大中火,加1.5大匙牛油果油或其他炒菜用油,放入姜片和肉片翻炒(图4)至肉7成熟捞出待用。
3、原锅加0.5大匙油,大中火下洋葱丝翻炒1-2分钟,加黑胡椒粉(图5)炒至洋葱断生,将炒过度肉片放入(图6),兜炒均匀。
4、最后1.5大匙蚝油,炒匀出锅。
