【枫糖鱼块】

用料:
1:三文鱼柳900克;
2:老抽酱油 1大匙,生抽酱油2大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,葡萄醋1大匙,盐1/2茶匙,枫糖浆3大匙;
3:熟芝麻2大匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、三文鱼水冲洗沥水后切3厘米块(图1),放入一朔料袋里,然后加所有2料,拌匀(图2)冰箱冷藏24小时,中间翻转一面。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”调整温度到420F时间设置20分钟,然后点“Start”预热。将鱼块放到一张烤盘纸上,用纸巾吸去多余的汁,拌上熟芝麻2大匙(图3)。
3、AirGo预热后,将鱼连烤盘纸放入锅内(图4),盖上盖,程序自动进行(图5)。烤到12分钟时或等到提醒翻转时,打开锅盖将鱼块轻轻翻转一面,盖上盖继续烤(图5)。
4、程序结束后,将鱼块装盘上桌。
