菜饭是小时候吃的美味,今天就做了这个菜饭,连毛毛都很喜欢。

金钩肉丝菜饭3 【金钩肉丝菜饭】
用料:
1:里脊肉150克,盐1/4茶匙,水1.5大匙,生粉2茶匙;
2:橄榄油1大匙,葱花1茶匙,姜丝1茶匙,虾米1.5大匙水泡软洗净沥水备用,盐1/2茶匙;
3:大米(360毫升)(用 快煲电压力锅的自带杯,1杯是180毫升的那种);
4:小青菜500克,洗净切小块;
5:橄榄油2大匙,葱花1茶匙,姜丝1/2茶匙,盐1/3茶匙,白胡椒粉1/6茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、前一天,里脊肉切丝,放入所有剩余1料,拌匀。封口冰箱腌过夜。
2、当天晚上下班回来,不粘锅,放橄榄油1大匙,置炉上开大中火,炒香葱花和姜丝,下虾米炒香(图1),加1杯水离火。

3、米洗净后放入 快煲电压力锅里,倒入炒好的虾米及水然后再加水到锅的两杯线,盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【煮饭】档(Rice),启动程序(图8)。
4、米饭煮上15分钟后,不粘锅放橄榄油1大匙,置炉上开大中火,放入肉丝炒至外面变白捞出,原锅再加1大匙油,炒香5料里的葱花和姜丝,下小青菜翻炒,然后下剩余5料兜匀,菜断生后离火盛出备用。
5、快煲电压力锅完成程序后,等7分钟,放气减压打开盖。然后放入炒好的肉丝和青菜拌匀,盖上盖子,保温焖5分钟,就可以开饭了。
