用料:
1:冰冻白虾仁半包包227克,冰冻带子半包227克;
2:盐1/2茶匙;
3:红葱头3个 (180克);
4:牛油果油 1.5大匙,黑胡椒粉1/3茶匙,干藏红花2茶匙,鸡粉 1/4茶匙,盐1茶匙;
5:长米1.5杯;
6:水2+1/3杯水.

做法:

3、打开盖子,快速翻拌几下,加洗净沥水的米及剩余4料(图5-6),搅拌均匀。然后加水2又1/3杯(图7)搅拌几下,盖上盖继续。
4、等程序完成,打开盖子,搅拌几下。用“Function”选“Base heating” 325F及12分钟. 等第二次程序完成,打开盖子,搅拌几下。盖上盖,再用“Function”选“Base heating” 300F及6分钟,放入虾仁及带子拌匀(图8),盖上盖让程序继续。
5、等程序完成,打开盖子,搅拌几下。盖盖焖2分钟出锅即可。
