【AirGo之酸奶面包】

加了一盒酸奶做了这个餐包, 非常柔软, 拉丝. 用爱锅AirGo烤箱功能做的, 虽然没有大烤箱烤的均匀, 但非常简单方便, 夏天做烘焙不会把厨房弄得很热。想购买点AirGo爱锅，用 maomao25 优惠券有for $25 折扣。
用料:
1：1个特大鸡蛋的蛋白, 酸奶一小盒(100毫升), 牛奶1/4杯+3大匙（105克），细白糖3大匙（40克）;
2：中筋面粉 (All purpose flour) 1又3/4杯 (280克, 直接从面袋里舀的），面筋粉 (Gluten flour) 2大匙（20克）；快速发酵粉（fast rising yeast）1.5茶匙, 奶粉2大匙（15克）;
3： 牛油果油 2大匙；
刷面包的蛋液
4：1个特大鸡蛋的蛋黄+2茶匙牛奶, 拌匀；
其他
5：白芝麻1大匙(可以不用).
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。

1、发面：先将1料依次放入面包机内，然后放入2料（图1），面包机放至揉面档，开启。面包机启动后，刚和成面团时，加入2大匙油（图2），继续揉面过程（图3）。
2、面包：案板上撒点干粉，将发好的面团从面包机里（图4）拿出稍揉下，排气后分成8份，每份揉成圆球(具体做法看视频)。
3、做好的面包柸放到铺了烤盘纸的【AirGo】内锅里, 将内锅放回【AirGo】, 刷上蛋液（图5），盖上盖. 醒发30分钟到1个钟头左右到2倍大, 撒点芝麻在面包（图6）.
4、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Oven”，温度350F时间17分钟，然后点“Start”。
5、程序结束, 打开盖子拿出面包, 稍冷就可以食用了, 非常柔软。
