【AirGo之酸奶面包】

加了一盒酸奶做了这个餐包, 非常柔软, 拉丝. 用爱锅AirGo烤箱功能做的, 虽然没有大烤箱烤的均匀, 但非常简单方便, 夏天做烘焙不会把厨房弄得很热。想购买点AirGo爱锅,用 maomao25 优惠券有for $25 折扣。
用料:
1:1个特大鸡蛋的蛋白, 酸奶一小盒(100毫升), 牛奶1/4杯+3大匙(105克),细白糖3大匙(40克);
2:中筋面粉 (All purpose flour) 1又3/4杯 (280克, 直接从面袋里舀的),面筋粉 (Gluten flour) 2大匙(20克);快速发酵粉(fast rising yeast)1.5茶匙, 奶粉2大匙(15克);
3: 牛油果油 2大匙;
刷面包的蛋液
4:1个特大鸡蛋的蛋黄+2茶匙牛奶, 拌匀;
其他
5:白芝麻1大匙(可以不用).
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

1、发面:先将1料依次放入面包机内,然后放入2料(图1),面包机放至揉面档,开启。面包机启动后,刚和成面团时,加入2大匙油(图2),继续揉面过程(图3)。
2、面包:案板上撒点干粉,将发好的面团从面包机里(图4)拿出稍揉下,排气后分成8份,每份揉成圆球(具体做法看视频)。
3、做好的面包柸放到铺了烤盘纸的【AirGo】内锅里, 将内锅放回【AirGo】, 刷上蛋液(图5),盖上盖. 醒发30分钟到1个钟头左右到2倍大, 撒点芝麻在面包(图6).
4、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Oven”,温度350F时间17分钟,然后点“Start”。
5、程序结束, 打开盖子拿出面包, 稍冷就可以食用了, 非常柔软。
