【AirGo之金针菇冻豆腐】

1:老豆腐775克, 冰冻箱过夜, 再解冻;
2: 瘦猪肉糜75克, 头抽酱油1大匙, 香油1茶匙, 生粉1/2 茶匙, 拌匀待用;
3: 金针菇一包 (200克);
4:牛油果油 1大匙, 葱花1大匙, 蒜蓉2茶匙;
5: 盐3/4茶匙, 白胡椒1/4 茶匙,
6: 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 头抽酱油1大匙, 蒜蓉辣椒酱1大匙;
7:香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、将所有2料放入一碗,拌匀. 再用一双筷子顺一个方向搅拌至少100下(图1),至馅发粘上劲待用. 金针菇切去根洗净, 沥水待用. 豆腐切小块(图2).
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及12分钟,点“Start”预热。放入1大匙油,葱花, 蒜蓉及肉馅, 炒几下(图3), 盖上盖让程序继续。
3、等程序进行了1-2分钟, ,打开盖子,放入豆腐丁, 盐及白胡椒粉, 搅拌几下 (图4), 盖上盖继续。中间翻一翻豆腐.
4、程序进行到还有4-5分钟后或提醒翻转时,打开盖子,放入金针菇及6料 (图5) 拌匀(图6),盖上盖继续, 让程序完成。
5、等程序完成,打开盖子, 放1茶匙香油, 搅拌几下就可以盛出来上桌。
