用料:
1:鸭翅膀900克;
2:葱1根, 姜一小块;
3:八角1粒, 丁香2-3粒;
4:生抽酱油 1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙;
5:水1杯,糖1/2茶匙,盐2/3茶匙,十三香粉 1/2茶匙;
6:香油 1茶匙;
7:烧烤汁: 1大匙意大利醋, 1大匙红糖, 1大匙生抽酱油, 1 大匙辣椒碎片, 2 茶匙辣椒粉(paprika, 上色用不辣), ½ 茶匙花椒粉, 1.5 大匙烧烤酱(图6);
8:炒熟的白芝麻2大匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、 将鸭翅洗净沥水, 沿着骨头缝切3段(图1). 将2-6料放入InstantPot 高压锅 内锅里(图2), 放入鸭翅(图3). 高压压8分钟(图4), 然后放气, 打开锅, 捞出鸭翅沥汁待用.
2、 将所有烧烤汁料放入一小碗中拌匀(图5). 将稍微冷凉的鸭翅放入一食品袋中, 倒入烧烤汁(图7), 封口, 摇匀(图8)待用.
3、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air fryer”然后选择410F及14分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后, 铺上烤盘纸, 放入沾了酱汁的鸭翅, 撒上芝麻(图9)盖上锅盖,让程序继续。
4、等还有最后4-5分钟,打开盖将鸭翅翻身(图10),盖上盖,让程序继续.
5、等程序完成,打开盖,盛出鸭翅就可以享用了, 冷了也好吃.
