【AirGo之香煎肉卷】

用料:
1:温水(温度以不烫手为准)210毫升(210克, 大约1杯减2大匙),糖1/4茶匙, 快速发酵粉(fast rising yeast)1.25茶匙;
2:中筋面粉2杯(320克);
3:橄榄油2大匙;
肉馅:
4:瘦肉馅175克,盐1/2茶匙,鸡粉 1/4茶匙,香油1大匙,生粉2茶匙,老抽酱油2茶匙,生抽酱油2茶匙,水2大匙,十三香粉1/6茶匙;
5:葱3条,红葱头2个;
其他:
6:牛油果油 1.5大匙;
7:1/3 杯水。
注:1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

肉馅:
2、葱去根洗净切葱花,红葱头去皮冲洗后切小丁,都放一小盆里,加4料,用筷子顺一个方向搅拌80下待用(图3)。
3、等面团发至2倍大(图4),揉成团,压扁擀开陈直径40里面的饼皮(图5),均匀涂说肉馅(图7),卷起筒子,切12份。
4、将饼肉卷放入刷了1.5大油的【AirGo】内锅里(图7),盖上盖醒发成2倍大。【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Crepe/Naan”然后选择400F及时间17分钟,点“Start”。
6、等程序进行了5分钟后,加水1/3杯,盖上盖继续。听到提示翻转,将肉卷翻个身(图8),盖上锅盖继续烤。等程序完成,盛出趁热食用,太好吃了。
吃不完的面包装在密封塑料袋里,放冰箱保存,吃的时候用微波炉热40秒,再用面包机稍微烘烤下,非常香。
