用料:
面团:
1:中筋面粉1杯(160克),水95克,牛油果油 或其他油3大匙(40克);
油酥:
2:玉米油50克,低筋面粉90克;
肉馅:
3:葱3根,红葱头2个,肉糜200克,盐1/4茶匙,十三香粉1/6茶匙, 鸡粉 1/4茶匙,香油1大匙,玉米淀粉2茶匙,水2大匙;
其他:
4:油1大匙。

注:1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

鲜肉酥饼 AirGo之香煎鲜肉酥饼Flaky crust meat pockets

1、发面:先将1料面粉放一中号盆里加剩余1料和成软面团。将面揉5分钟,盖上保鲜膜松弛20分钟。
2、油酥:将2料放一小盆中,用勺拌匀待用。
3、肉馅:葱去根洗净切葱花,红葱头去皮冲洗后切小丁。肉糜放一大碗,放入葱花,红葱头丁,及剩余3料拌匀,用筷子顺一个方向搅拌80下待用
4、手上和案板上稍涂点玉米油,然后将面团分成10小分份。做的过程要用保鲜膜盖住其他的皮料保湿。取一份擀成长圆形薄饼,将大约1/10量的油酥(大约1.5茶匙)均匀抹在擀开的面皮上,两端叠向中间三褶。转90度擀开成长方形,再将两端叠向中间三褶。盖上保鲜膜松弛10分钟,同时完成其他9份。
5、擀开成一薄1-2mm厚的长方形,放上2.5大匙肉馅,包成长方条。【AirGo】插上电源,锅里刷上1大匙油,用“Function”选“Crepe/Naan”然后选择400F及时间16分钟,点“Start”。
6、预热完毕放入肉饼条,盖上锅盖。程序进行到剩余大约5-6分钟或听到翻转提示,将饼翻转一面,盖上盖让程序完成。
7、程序完成,盛出趁热食用,太好吃了。

小窍门:
吃不完的面包装在密封塑料袋里,放冰箱保存,吃的时候用微波炉热20秒,再用面包机稍微烘烤下,非常香。
