用料:
1:冰冻带子1包454克;
2:粉丝2小包共68克;
3:辣椒油 2大匙,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,花椒粉1/2茶匙,干辣椒片1大匙,风味豆豉1大匙;
4:盐2/3茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙,生抽酱油1大匙,水1杯;
5:香油1茶匙。

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、将冰冻带子放半池子冷水里解冻(图1),冲洗干净,泌去多余的水待用(图2)。粉丝用开水泡软(图3)沥水待用。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Grill”然后选择420F及10分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后放入2大匙辣椒油,及所有3料(图4)拌匀盖上锅盖,让程序继续。

3、1分钟后,加泡软的粉丝(图5)搅拌几下,放入所有4料拌匀(图6). 盖上锅盖让程序完成.
4、第一次程序完成后,加带子拌匀(图7),盖上盖。用“Function”选“Base Heat” 350F及6分钟(图8).
5、等还有最后1分钟,打开盖加1茶匙香油拌匀,再盖上盖让程序完成. 等程序完成,打开盖,搅拌几下就可以盛出来上桌,配点米饭吃很棒。
