用料:
1：冰冻白虾仁1包454克；
2：盐1/4茶匙，生粉1茶匙，香油1茶匙；
3：红葱头1个, 葱一根；
4：牛油果油 1大匙, 黑胡椒1/4茶匙；
5：蚝油1大匙, 头抽酱油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。

1、冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻，去壳去肠。冷水中抓洗干净，挤去水，放入一碗中，加2料拌匀待用. 红葱头剥去皮冲洗后，切小丁. 葱也去根冲洗后切葱花.
2、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择415F及5分钟，点“Start”预热。放入1大匙油，葱花, 及洋葱头丁, 盖上盖让程序继续。
3、预热结束, 打开盖子, 炒拌一下. 在盖上盖, 等程序进行了1分钟还剩4分钟，打开盖子，放入虾仁及黑胡椒, 搅拌几下，盖上盖继续。
4、程序进行到还有1-2分钟后或提醒翻转时，打开盖子，放入4料拌匀，盖上盖继续, 让程序完成。
5、等程序完成，打开盖子, 搅拌几下就可以盛出来上桌。
