用料:
1:冰冻白虾仁1包454克;
2:盐1/4茶匙,生粉1茶匙,香油1茶匙;
3:红葱头1个, 葱一根;
4:牛油果油 1大匙, 黑胡椒1/4茶匙;
5:蚝油1大匙, 头抽酱油1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

1、冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻,去壳去肠。冷水中抓洗干净,挤去水,放入一碗中,加2料拌匀待用. 红葱头剥去皮冲洗后,切小丁. 葱也去根冲洗后切葱花.
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择415F及5分钟,点“Start”预热。放入1大匙油,葱花, 及洋葱头丁, 盖上盖让程序继续。
3、预热结束, 打开盖子, 炒拌一下. 在盖上盖, 等程序进行了1分钟还剩4分钟,打开盖子,放入虾仁及黑胡椒, 搅拌几下,盖上盖继续。
4、程序进行到还有1-2分钟后或提醒翻转时,打开盖子,放入4料拌匀,盖上盖继续, 让程序完成。
5、等程序完成,打开盖子, 搅拌几下就可以盛出来上桌。
