很久没有做糯米面的东东, 做了这个南瓜饼并且用了 罗汉果糖, 没有热量嘀, 更健康点.

用料:
面团:
1:南瓜140克;
2: 糯米粉(120克), 水25-35克;
馅:
3:熟腰果90克;
4: 罗汉果糖3大匙(45克);
其他:
5:芝麻1/2杯;
6:牛油果油 2大匙.
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp,1杯=240毫升。
做法
1、南瓜去皮,洗净切小块放入一盘里, 放InstantPot 里(图1) 蒸10分钟. 等待过程中, 将熟腰果(图2)打碎,加糖(图3)拌匀成馅待用。南瓜蒸好后, 稍冷放气拿出来,我这次用的南瓜含水量稍高的, 压碎南瓜(图4). 倒入糯米粉(图5), 边和面边适当加水, 和成软硬适中的面团(图6)。
2、面团分成12小块,用手搓成球。然后用手压扁成一个圆薄皮,加1.5-2茶匙馅(图7),包成球状后,放入盛芝麻的碗里(图8)滚上芝麻,再放两手间揉一揉(这样芝麻粘的紧), 压扁成饼(图9-10)。
3、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Crepe/Naan”然后选择400F及15分钟,点“Start”预热。放入2大匙油刷匀, 放入12个南瓜饼(图11), 盖上盖让程序继续。
4、程序进行到还有5-6分钟后或提醒翻转时,打开盖子,翻转一面(图12),盖上盖继续, 让程序完成。盛出南瓜饼稍冷就可以吃.
